Heidi Arnesen Joins Thinfilm as Communications Manager

Effective March 4, 2013, Heidi Arnesen will join Thin Film Electronics ASA (Thinfilm) to lead the company’s communications and marketing programs.

Arnesen brings to Thinfilm extensive experience and connections in film and television, including work with international media. Prior to joining Thinfilm, Arnesen directed both feature and short films and several TV series for Norwegian networks. Among her credits are more than 300 episodes of Hotel Cæsar and Celebrity Babysitter, recently sold to the U.S.-based Dr. Phil program, one of only two Norwegian formats to have been acquired by U.S. media outlets.

Arnesen received her bachelor of fine arts from California College of the Arts in California. She lived in San Francisco, CA for nine years before relocating to her hometown of Oslo in 1998. As Thinfilm’s communications manager, Arnesen’s extensive background with the media and with TV and film investors will bring a new dimension to the Thinfilm team.
