Hanwha Q CELLS, a leading Germany-based photovoltaic company, has now received the French “Made in EU” certificate for the manufacturing of both solar cells and solar modules from purely European components. The certificate will enable French customers of Q CELLS PV products to get a bonus on the French Feed-in-Tariff of up to 10% with immediate effect.

“Our French customers will benefit from a 5% to 10% bonus on the current Feed-in-Tariff in France. Beyond that, the certificate clearly shows that all European customers can fully rely on Q CELLS products – engineered and made in Germany and the European Union,” said Stephan Maurel, sales manager of Hanwha Q CELLS for France, Benelux, Switzerland and Africa.

“Given the current uncertainty in European PV markets, this is yet another sign that Hanwha Q CELLS is the partner of choice when it comes to high quality PV products, secure bankability and reliable partnership,” said Justin Lee, chief commercial officer at Hanwha Q CELLS.
