Flint Group has announced a strategic reorganization of its leadership team to capitalize on significant growth opportunities in Mexico’s vibrant packaging market.

The restructuring establishes Mexico as a key focus area within Flint Group’s Latin American operations, reflecting the company’s commitment to expanding its presence in the region. Mexico represents an important growth market for Flint Group’s packaging inks portfolio, with increasing demand across the flexible packaging, narrow web, and paper & board segments.

Alexandre Neves has been appointed VP and GM for Latin America, with expanded responsibilities covering Mexico, South America and Central America. Jacqueline Rivas, CFO for Latin America, will additionally assume the role of GM for Mexico, reporting to Neves.

“Mexico is a strategically important market with significant growth potential for our packaging inks business,” said Doug Aldred, chief commercial officer and CEO and president of Packaging Inks North America, at Flint Group. “This leadership restructuring enhances our ability to serve our customers across the region while positioning Flint Group to capture emerging opportunities with both local and international customers. Additionally, the strong alignment between our teams in the United States and Mexico has been highly effective, and our staff in both regions will continue to work closely together.”

The new organizational structure aligns Flint Group teams across Mexico and the United States to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen customer relationships and accelerate growth initiatives.

“With this focused leadership approach, we’re reinforcing our commitment to the Mexican market and creating a platform for strong and sustainable growth throughout the region,” said Neves. “We look forward to building closer partnerships with our customers and delivering the innovative solutions they need to succeed in an evolving packaging landscape.”

The new organization is effective immediately, with Neves and Rivas already implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen Flint Group’s commercial position in the region.
