Flint Group announces its participation in Flexo & Labels Expo 2024. This exhibition for label converters and printers across Latin America will take place from June 25-28, 2024 in the District Anhembi, São Paulo, Brazil. Flint Group’s Narrow Web business will showcase innovations that combine sustainability with printing excellence. Visitors will learn about the company’s UV LED EkoCure portfolio, designed to cure under both traditional UV and UV LED lamps. This dual-curing technology supports printers transitioning to energy-efficient UV LED systems. Of particular interest is EkoCure ANCORA F2, an ink for food labelling and packaging applications. Flint Group also invites delegates to explore Evolution, a range that includes a de-inking primer and a caustic-resistant overprint varnish (OPV), designed to enhance packaging sustainability. “Printers are actively seeking solutions to minimize energy consumption, reduce waste, streamline operations, and promote packaging circularity,” said Fabio Ribeiro, sales director of packaging Brazil & NW South America. “Flexo & Labels Expo is an ideal platform to discuss our innovative solutions addressing these industry challenges. “We are eager to engage with stand visitors to showcase our EkoCure range, which offers significant efficiency gains and notable reductions in energy consumption and waste for narrow web converters,” Ribeiro added. “A true game-changer, EkoCure’s dual-curing technology facilitates a seamless transition between traditional and UV LED lamps, providing narrow web converters with increased flexibility.”
