Federal Signal Corporation Elects New Board Directors

Federal Signal Corporation announced the election of Bonnie C. Lind and John L. Workman to the company’s board of directors, effective Feb. 20, 2014. Lind is senior vice president and chief financial officer and treasurer of Neenah Paper, Inc. Workman is CEO of Omnicare, Inc.
