DuPont, a global leader in digital inkjet inks with its Artistri portfolio of products, will present its complete solution for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing at Impressions Expo from January 22-24 in Long Beach, California.
At booth #2260, the DuPont team will showcase its Artistri digital inkjet inks for textile applications, highlighting the DuPont Artistri Jettable Adhesive JA1100, which can eliminate the need for TPU powder in the DTF printing process.
When combined with Artistri P1600 DTF inks and Artistri DTF-120 film, this innovation can deliver a softer hand feel, brighter colors, and durable wash performance, while helping to improve safety and workflow efficiency.
Unlike traditional powder-based systems, Jettable Adhesive is a liquid adhesive jetted directly onto the film during printing, providing a cleaner, more efficient process without airborne powder hazards.
Robert Simpson, Global General Manager for DuPont Artistri Digital Printing Solutions, said, “No other printing process has grown faster than Direct-to-Film (DTF), making it the dynamic technology in textile printing today. We are excited to advance Jettable Adhesive technology, now commercially available for OEM integration.
