Cyklop International Acquires Polaris Systems Inc.

Cyklop International acquired Polaris Systems Inc., Ontario, Canada. Polaris Systems has been providing a wide range of packaging solutions for more than 35 years.

“One of our main objectives was to re-establish a strong presence in the United States and Canada. These territories had been discontinued during a past crisis period. Today, we are proud to announce not only our return, but also our return with solid structures and well-organized operations,” said Roberto Salemme, Cyklop CEO.

“As Cyklop continues to grow organically, we also continue to look for opportunities through acquisition,” added André van Es, CFO of Cyklop. “With our acquisition of InkJet, Inc. in the US last year, it was logical to look to Canada for the next opportunity.
