The Chicago Printing Ink Production Club (CPIPC) held its Monthly Technical Meeting Technical Dinner Presentation at La Hacienda De Los Fernandez in Addison, IL on March 18, 2025. Bonnie Piro, technical marketing manager at Sudarshan North America, was the guest speaker. Piro’s presentation was titled “The Impact Pigment Finishing Choices Have On Ink Formulations.” The presentation covered the impact of chemistry, surface treatment, finishing, and how they impact all different applications in the world of inks, coatings, and plastics. At the end of the presentation, Piro was presented with an appreciation plaque from the CPIPC in appreciation of her outstanding service and dedication to the industry.
