The Chicago Printing Ink Production Club (CPIPC) held its first meeting of 2003 on January 27 at the Clubhouse restaurant in Oak Brook, IL. As usual, the meeting started with cocktails and dinner, followed by a guest speaker. The January speaker was Victor Lewis of Printers’ Service Inc., speaking on “Changes in Offset Pressroom Chemistry.” Mr. Lewis’ appearance was extremely special, according to CPIPC, as he was the club’s first ever speaker back in 1971.
