Coveris Acquires Leading New Zealand-based Flexible Packaging Company Elldex

Coveris Holdings S.A. announced the acquisition of Elldex Packaging Solutions, a New Zealand-based full-service flexible packaging company. The acquisition, effective immediately, will enable Coveris to expand globally into Australasia.

Elldex is a manufacturer and importer of HDPE and LDPE flexible plastic packaging. With more than 125 employees, Elldex provides products that serve the meat, dairy, seafood, horticulture and agricultural sectors.
