Canatu announced it has joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative, a voluntary leadership platform for the development, implementation, and disclosure of responsible business practices. The UN Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, and to act in support of UN goals and issues embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). “We are proud to join the United Nations Global Compact Initiative. At Canatu we stand committed to responsible business actions and strategies. Consistent with our values, we reaffirm our dedication to these principles, as we continue to transform industries for better tomorrows with nanocarbon,” said Antti Valkola, VP, manufacturing for Canatu.
