Bundesdruckerei Secures Data Communications for Microsoft Cloud Deutschland

Microsoft is using Bundesdruckerei GmbH’s nationally recognized certification authority D-TRUST.

Microsoft is offering its cloud services Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics CRM Online from German data centers beginning in the second half of 2016. When it comes to encrypting and securing data communications between customer applications and cloud servers, Microsoft is relying on Bundesdruckerei GmbH’s nationally recognized certification authority D-TRUST.
 
“Co-operation with such a trusted institution like Bundesdruckerei guarantees our customers that their data in Microsoft Cloud Deutschland is protected by the latest encryption technologies on the market,” said Michael Kranawetter, national security pfficer at Microsoft Deutschland.
