Komori Corporation and Artron Art (Group) signed an agreement on Impremia IS29 installation and strategic cooperation. Artron Art (Group) Co., Ltd. is the first Chinese company to install an Impremia IS29 sheetfed inkjet digital printing system. At drupa 2016, Artron became the first printing company in China to decide to install Komori’s Impremia IS29 UV sheetfed inkjet digital printing system. In addition, as a result of a assessment of the productivity and print quality of the Impremia IS29, which combines offset and digital printing technologies, the company decided to install an additional two machines. Since its founding in 1993, Artron has provided high-level fine printing as a world leader in the printing industry. This year marks the 20th year of Artron’s continued close relationship with Komori. Almost all of Artron’s nearly 30 presses at its plants in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen are made by Komori. Impremia IS29 features high print quality with 1,200 dpi resolution at the volume associated with offset printing. It has the ability to start finishing immediately due to UV ink.
