artience group’s Toyo Ink Co., Ltd. has decided to revise the price of gravure white ink for shipments from April 15, 2024. Toyo Ink last revised the price of gravure ink in March 2023. Since then, the price of titanium dioxide, the main raw material for gravure white ink, has risen further, and the prices of various auxiliary materials and logistics costs have also increased. Toyo Ink is working on lowering its own costs, including improving production efficiency and reducing fixed costs, but the company has concluded the higher costs can’t be absorbed, and has decided to implement the following price revisions.
