Anvy Digital Reports Increased Revenue with SpyderX

Anvy Digital, a Calgary, Alberta Canada-based large format specialty print service provider, reported that it experiencesd increased revenue with the Inca SpyderX, a wide format UV digital inkjet flatbed printer distributed exclusively throughout North America by Fujifilm.

Founded in 2002, Anvy Digital is a leader in large format digital print in Canada, and invests in solutions like the SpyderX to produce quality print products for its customers. With a focus on display printing, banners, backlit and window graphics, floor graphics and adhesive vinyl, jobs are processed efficiently and quickly shipped across Canada and the US.

“The SpyderX allows more capacity,” said Bob Lush, vice president of sales, Anvy Digital. “We are very pleased with the quality and the speed we are able to achieve on this press.”

With a 126” (3.2 m) width capacity, six-color plus optional white, SpyderX is available as either flatbed or a combination flatbed/roll-to-roll system for handling rigid and flexible substrates. It is capable of producing a wide variety of output at high speeds up to 2,476 square feet per hour (230 square meters per hour). Featuring Fujifilm Uvijet XK ink and FUJIFILM Dimatix printheads, the printer delivers high speed production with sharp, pin-point accuracy while handling a wide range of media and applications. 

“We’ve had success with the Onset Q40i flatbed press for many years, and with regard to Inca’s trusted technology, we knew the SpyderX would provide high quality and con-sistent output from the first sheet to the last,” says John Phan, president, Anvy Digital. “We wanted a true flatbed as a complimentary addition to our existing Onset Q40i, and the SpyderX is the perfect balance of speed and quality. The addition of white ink on the SpyderX allows us to expand capacity and applications, offering our client base many more options.”
