Agfa Graphics Launches Hybrid Jeti Tauro H3300 LED at Fespa 2018

For Fespa 2018, Agfa Graphics makes a move with an immersive booth concept that uses virtual reality and interactive sensory experiences to introduce its next-generation inkjet printing solutions. The Agfa Graphics booth will feature a large array of printed samples that illustrate what print service providers can achieve with Agfa Graphics’ technology: Extreme Productivity. Extreme Quality.
 
At the same time, Agfa Graphics launches its latest UV LED inkjet hybrid workhorse: the Jeti Tauro H3300 LED, which embodies the extreme new standard in printing productivity and quality.

Building on the successes of the Jeti Tauro H2500 LED, Agfa Graphics launches the bigger, sturdier and faster Jeti Tauro H3300 LED – an engine which guarantees both smooth, detailed results and rapid UV LED curing.
 
The Jeti Tauro’s image vividness is created to last, even when subjected to harsh outdoor weather conditions. Due to the high pigment load of Agfa-made inks and Asanti’s ink saving algorithms, ink consumption per square meter is the lowest on the market.
 
“Among other benefits, LEDs are durable – they generate consistent light output throughout their lifespans of about 10,000 hours,” said Reinhilde Alaert, marketing product manager of Sign & Display at Agfa Graphics. ‘Also, the Agfa-developed and manufactured UV-curable inks match perfectly with the spectral emission of Tauro’s LED lamps. Agfa’s printing solutions stand out because of their use of specially-formulated UV LED inks, which are suitable for a wide variety of rigid and flexible substrates. In combination with the company’s Asanti workflow and color management software, these inks produce award-winning prints with the largest color gamut and superior adhesion and durability.
 
In addition, Agfa Graphics’ patented Thin Ink Layer technology guarantees the lowest ink consumption per square meter on the market, thanks to the inks’ high pigment load, and the unique color management capabilities of Asanti.
