Ink Technology Corporation, Cleveland, OH, has purchased the assets of Repeat-O-Type Manufacturing  Corporation, Wayne, NJ. Repeat-O-Type’s manufacturing operations will be  moved to the Cleveland location by early May.

Ink Technology is setting up a new sales office in Englewood, NJ.  It will be staffed by Fred Keen and Richard Holmes, both long-time Repeat-O-Type employees. They will be handling Repeat-O-Type’s existing accounts.

The combined operations will broaden the scope of products available to  both Repeat-O-Type and Ink Technology customers. They will have access  to oil-based impact ribbon inks, thermal transfer fax rolls, thermal  bar code ribbons and MICR laser cartridges.

Repeat-O-Type has manufactured office reprographic products since 1931. Ink Technology is the world’s largest independent  manufacturer of impact inks for the office supplies industry.
