MCC Appoints Carmen Becker President of the Americas

MCC has appointed Carmen Becker as president, Americas, effective July 6, 2026

Becker brings extensive experience leading global businesses and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. She is known for building high-performing, collaborative teams and creating innovative, customer-centric cultures that drive long-term value creation.

At MCC, Becker will serve as the P&L leader for the Americas, with responsibility for driving profitable growth and operational performance across the region. She will focus on strengthening commercial execution, deepening customer partnerships, improving forecasting discipline, and advancing operational outcomes. 

Becker will also play a key role on the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to MCC’s broader cultural transformation by reinforcing accountability, building critical capabilities across the organization, and ensuring the company remains focused on delivering value for our customers.

Most recently, Becker served as president of Honeywell Sensing Solutions and previously held senior leadership positions at Tetra Pak and Amcor. Throughout her career, she has led complex organizations, accelerated growth, and driven operational and commercial transformation.
