DIC to Exhibit for the First Time at SEMICON JAPAN 2025

Combining chemistry and electronics to drive innovation in semiconductor fabrication and help achieve a smart society.

DIC Corporation announces that it will exhibit for the first time at SEMICON JAPAN 2025, one of the world’s largest semiconductor industry trade shows. SEMICON JAPAN 2025 will be held from Dec. 17-19, 2025, at Tokyo Big Sight.

SEMICON JAPAN is an international event showcasing the cutting edge of electronics manufacturing, with exhibits ranging from the technologies, equipment and materials used in semiconductor fabrication to smart applications such as automobiles and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.

DIC provides high-performance materials that bring together chemistry and electronics, thereby contributing to the evolution of next-generation industries such as semiconductors, communications, devices, and batteries.

With the greater sophistication and density of electronic information devices, needs are increasing not only in terms of material performance but also for advanced micromachining technologies critical to bonding and interface control, among other applications.

To address these needs, the company is leveraging its capabilities in the integration of chemicals and electronics technologies to promote the development of innovative materials that will play a key role in society in the future, including in such areas as AI, 5G communications, electric vehicles, and robotics.

At SEMICON JAPAN 2025, DIC will introduce next-generation materials that reduce environmental impact, improve performance and make semiconductors smarter at each stage of fabrication, from front-end processes through to post-processing and mounting.
