Dr. Margarete Haase Re-Elected as ams OSRAM’s Board Chair

ams OSRAM announces that Dr. Margarete Haase was re-elected as member of the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting. At the subsequent Supervisory Board meeting, Margarete Haase was re-elected as hair of the Supervisory Board.

In accordance with the resolutions, both Dr. Haase and Brigitte Ederer were re-elected as members of the Supervisory Board for a new term until the Annual General Meeting 2028. At the Supervisory Board meeting held immediately after the AGM, Dr. Haase was re-elected as chair of the Supervisory Board. Ederer was also re-confirmed as chair of the ESG committee of the Supervisory Board.
