LOPEC Call for Papers Starts Sept. 7, 2023

Being divided into different conference modules, the LOPEC Conference offers the right platform for every topic. Whether at the Business Conference, Technical Conference or Scientific Conference — at LOPEC, your presentation will receive the attention it deserves. The Conference language is English. The LOPEC Conference will be held March 5–7, 2024.

In addition to the oral presentations, LOPEC also offers a poster exhibition. This means that instead of giving an oral presentation, you can present the essential information on a DIN A0 poster on both days of the exhibition. During the Poster Presentations on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, presenters will have the opportunity to interact with the attendees personally and answer any questions on the spot.

There are four steps to participation in the LOPEC Conference:
1. Submit your abstract: Sept. 7-29, 2023: Please submit your English-language abstract online by Sept. 29, 2023. The abstract should briefly describe your presentation (max. 3,000 characters including spaces). Please illustrate your motivation, your approach, the result and your conclusion. You are welcome to add either a diagram, a picture or a schematic representation.
2. Selection process: Sept. 30 to Nov. 22, 2023: Starting Sept. 30, a panel of international experts will review all abstracts submitted and evaluate their thematic and technical content. The committee will then put together a coherent program of presentations from the submissions.
3. Confirmation of participation: as from Nov. 23, 2023: As from Nov. 23, 2023, you will find out whether your presentation was selected for an oral presentation or a poster.
4. Ticket at the discounted rate (Presenter Ticket): The confirmation of a lecture or poster presentation entitles you to purchase a reduced-price conference ticket (Presenter Ticket). Participation as a speaker or poster presenter requires a Presenter Ticket. The Presenter Ticket entitles you to attend the entire conference and the associated exhibition.
