NXP to Expand Product Creation Center in Arizona with RF Amplifier Competencies

Company’s Smart Antenna Solutions Business expands R&D footprint in the US, adding up to 50 employees.

NXP Semiconductors N.V. announced it will expand its existing Product Creation Center with R&D activities in the company’s fast-growing active antenna business, located in Chandler, AZ at the former Freescale office/manufacturing site.

Hiring of new staff began in January 2016, and recruiters are currently seeking candidates with radio frequency (RF) expertise, especially in RF medium power and RF WLAN competency. NXP’s Smart Antenna Solutions group in Chandler is expected to grow by up to 50 employees.
