Thermco Systems Expands Global Operations with Acquisition of CSD Epitaxy Inc.

Thermco Systems announced the acquisition of CSD Epitaxy Inc., the manufacturer of the Epi-pro epitaxy batch reactor based in Fremont, CA. The acquisition is part of Thermco’s longer term strategy to extend its global footprint and the capabilities it can now provide to its global customer base throughout the UK, Europe, US and China.
 
Thermco’s customers can now benefit from a wider range of high quality semiconductor solutions, including horizontal and vertical thermal reactors, batch-epitaxy reactors, chemical wet-benches, batch-ashers, four-point probe, gas cabinets and next generation control systems.
