Alien Technology Reshaping Inlay Portfolio

With the introduction of additional new inlays to the RFID Market by Alien, life cycle management review on obsolete products, and changing customer needs, Alien is reshaping its portfolio to better meet its customer requirements. 

The following inlays are affected by these actions. 

Alien also included recommended current/new inlays with each SKU, that will meet/exceed application requirements:

• ALN-9613 SIT – Replaced by 9713 H4 and 9813 EC based SIT 

• ALN-9827 GT-L HEC – Replaced by ALN-9828-W and ALN-10028 which both meet Auburn W and standard categories 

• ALN-9835 EXPRESS HEC – ALN-9830 Squiglette or 9862 Short may be used depending upon size requirement of application 

• ALN-9770 BAT H4 – Replaced by ALN-9774 “TREAD” which outperforms BAT on car batteries, difficult to read material and overall has better universal performance – BAT will be offered as “REF” only 

 Orders will continue to be accepted through Aug. 1, 2020, or until existing inventory is no longer available.
