Brewer Science will Address Key Technology Trends in 3-D IC and Advanced Lithography at SEMICON Taiwan

Dr. Terry Brewer, founder and president of Brewer Science, will advocate a new model for collaboration within the 3-D IC supply chain at SEMICON Taiwan (Sept. 4-6) at the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall in Taipei, Taiwan. Dr. Brewer’s collaboration model will enable a strong synergy within the supply chain ecosystem and a faster adoption of the 3-D IC Technology.

“3-D IC technology will advance more rapidly when the material and equipment suppliers openly share technical and business challenges and collaborate on solutions with their device and packaging customers,” said Dr. Brewer.

Dr. Brewer will share his insights in a speech titled “Material-Driven Process Development as a New Mode for Industry Collaboration,” at the SiP Global Summit 3-D IC Technology Forum on Sept. 5. Following his keynote address, Dr. Brewer will join other industry leaders in a panel discussion to share their experiences and perspectives on the topic of “3-D IC Supply Chain Synergy.”
