JEC 2014, the world’s largest exhibition for composites, took place in Paris from March 11-13. JEC 2014 serves the complete value chain of composites and offered a great networking platform for Coatema with its extensive knowledge of prepreg. With 21 other exhibitors, Coatema presented information about Prepreg production technology at the pavilion of North Rhine-Westphalia. Because of the increasing demand for machinery in the composites sector, Coatema has implemented special marketing efforts and dedicated resources to the prepreg and composites industries. Coatema Prepreg Production Lines are innovative equipment concepts for coating of composite products with duroplastic and thermoplastic adhesives. Today the use of coated products for prepregs is growing rapidly. This increasing demand has resulted in the development of new and highly innovative impregnation and coating machinery concepts for prepreg at Coatema. Coatema offers Prepreg Production lines for single thermosetting or thermoplastic processes as well as Prepreg Production lines, which combine both processes.
