Confidex will be attending PEERS 2015 (Pulping, Engineering, Environmental, Recycling and Sustainability) in Atlanta, GA. The annual show focuses on developing more effective pulp and paper mills, and is organized by TAPPI, the leading association for the worldwide pulp, paper, packaging, and converting industries. This year, the show is co-located with International Bioenergy and Bioproducts Conference.

When talking about the massive material flows in the pulp, paper and packaging industry, the efficiencies must be fine-tuned. Truly effective material flow handling is based on tracking materials on a unit level reliably and real-time.

Unit level tracking with RFID allows companies to be up-to-date on the very exact status of their material inventories, shipping statuses and locations. This allows further operational optimization possibilities for example in inventory minimization, error elimination and logistics automation.

Confidex is specialized in developing and manufacturing RFID labels and tags that are designed to meet pulp, paper and packaging industries’ specific requirements. It offers RFID labels that comply with the strict FDA food compatibility requirements and products that perform reliably on a reel core after having huge amount of material rewound on it.
