Lockheed Martin’s Savi Technology Shifts HQ to Alexandria, VA

Lockheed Martin’s Savi Technology announced the relocation of its global headquarters to Alexandria, VA, in order to be closer to its expanding base of public sector and commercial customers.

Savi Technology provides real-time, solutions and services that leverage wireless sensor networks to improve the management, security and integrity of supply chain assets for customers in the public and commercial sectors, including defense, federal civilian government agencies, utilities and energy (oil, gas, chemical), natural resources and aerospace and defense suppliers.

The Alexandria headquarters is located at the company’s existing offices at 3601 Eisenhower Ave., and will be the primary office for Savi Technology’s senior leaders and marketing staff.

Savi Technology’s previous headquarters in Mountain View, CA, will be transformed into the company’s Innovation Lab, where more than 150 engineering and support personnel form a global hub to operate like a business incubator designing and developing customer-centric solutions that are leading-edge, cost-competitive and that provide quick and lasting return on investment for users. Company support functions such as finance, human resources, general counsel and IT will remain in Mountain View.

In addition to Alexandria and Mountain View, Savi Technology also has offices in Lexington, KY, the UK, Australia and Singapore, as well as solution implementations in more than 50 countries. Sales and customer support personnel are located close to customers around the world.
