Savi Technology Acquired by La Salle Capital Affiliates

Savi Technology has been acquired by affiliates of LaSalle Capital of Los Angeles, CA. The acquisition reflects the strong market for logistics informatics solutions worldwide, and will allow Savi to aggressively pursue global opportunities aligned to its products, solutions and services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
