Cytec Joins Flexible Display Center at Arizona State University

Cytec Industries Inc., a specialty chemicals and materials company, has announced that it has joined the Flexible Display Center (FDC) at Arizona State University. The Flexible Display Center is a collaboration among government, industry and academia designed to advance the development of full-color flexible display technology. Cytec joined the FDC with the intent of providing solutions to the unmet material needs of the current flexible display market, and in turn to partner with institutions and companies in the industry.

“The FDC is a unique partner performing a critical role in the development of flexible display technology, and we are confident in the substantial benefits this relationship will provide both parties, as well as the industry as a whole,” says Martin Court, Cytec VP of research and development. “By leveraging our expertise in coatings, inks and adhesives, I believe Cytec will be able to bring advanced material solutions to the FDC and its members.
