CCL Industries Inc. announced that it has acquired Oomph Made Limited, a privately owned designer and supplier of RFID and NFC access cards and wristbands based in Liphook, UK. Sales for the calendar year 2022 were $6.7 million with an estimated 18% adjusted EBITDA margin. The debt free, all cash consideration, is approximately $7.1 million, subject to customary closing conditions. “This acquisition continues to build on Avery’s rapidly growing portfolio of access control, badging and credentials technologies, products and brands focused on the retail, hospitality, live events and conferencing markets,” said Geoffrey T. Martin, president and CEO of CCL Industries Inc.
