Lonera Arrecifes Triples Production Speed with Agfa’s Jeti Tauro H3300HS

Lonera Arrecifes S.A., a prominent manufacturer of truck tarps in Argentina, faced increasing demands for higher production volumes and superior print durability. By adopting Agfa’s Jeti Tauro H3300 HS printer, they successfully addressed these challenges, achieving improvements in both speed and quality.

As Lonera Arrecifes’ reputation for quality grew, so did their clients’ demands for faster production and more durable prints. Their existing equipment struggled to keep up. In response to these challenges, Lonera Arrecifes initially incorporated an Agfa Anapurna H3200 printer in 2021. They later upgraded to the Jeti Tauro H3300 HS to further boost their capabilities.

With the new printer, Lonera Arrecifes experienced a three-fold increase in production speed, allowing them to meet the rising demands of their clients. The Tauro’s ability to apply primer, white, color, and varnish in a single pass significantly enhanced the durability of their truck tarps, making them more resilient to the wear and tear of daily use.
