After proudly serving the North American market for over 87 years, J.M. Fry Printing Inks is now under new ownership, ushering in an era of growth and opportunity. This transition not only marks a new business phase but also continues the story of family commitment that has always been at the heart of J.M. Fry Printing Inks.

For nearly nine decades, the Fry & Hodges family—Justin Fry, Alvin, Billy, Jim, and Robert Hodges— led J.M. Fry Printing Inks with vision, dedication, and integrity. Though Justin Fry and Alvin Hodges are no longer with us, their legacy, along with that of his family, has shaped the company into what it is today.

In keeping with that family tradition, J.M. Fry Printing Inks remains a family-driven business. Oak Street Ventures LLC is the new owner, led by the father-and-son team of Jerry Mosley (chairman of the board) and Michael Mosley (president and CEO). Together, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the printing inks and coatings industry, having worked in the field for decades. They understand the value of hard work and are committed to upholding the ambitious standards that have made J.M. Printing Inks what it is today.
