INX Earns Great Place to Work Recertification

For the second consecutive year, INX International is being recognized for having one of the best workplace cultures in the United States. INX earned recertification from the Great Place to Work organization when its employee satisfaction ratings improved in the past year, keeping it far above the average score of U.S. companies.

INX received a 71% overall satisfaction rating, 14 points better than the typical company. Large increases were achieved in five other important categories starting with communication, which improved by six points from 61% to 67%. Four areas that experienced respective five-point increases included support (69%); equity (63%); collaboration (62%); and impartiality (59%).

These gains are attributed to several initiatives implemented in the past year, ranging from a strong emphasis on transparent communication by leadership, to having feedback mechanisms in place that allow employees to feel more informed and connected. Bryce Kristo, INX president and CEO, believes these efforts have helped foster a strong work environment and are having an impressive impact on new employee recruitment efforts.

“This achievement is a testament to the strong, collaborative, and caring culture we have built together,” said Kristo. “Our success is truly a reflection of the collective efforts made by our employees, and this recertification represents the progress we’ve made by raising the bar. The Great Place to Work organization has utilized proprietary research data for over 30 years to become one of the foremost authorities on workplace culture. Osmair Victor, HR talent management specialist at INX, acknowledged that in today’s competitive job market, the recertification will likely enhance INX’s employer brand status and add credibility to his department’s efforts to attract prospective employees.

“Top talent is increasingly discerning about the work culture and values of their potential employers. It is one reason why we are celebrating our ratings improvement, which underscores our progress in workplace satisfaction,” explained Victor.

“This significant improvement can largely be attributed to the ongoing focus on employee well-being, and creating an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. We have placed a stronger emphasis on communication, leadership transparency, and collaboration, and it has contributed greatly to the heightened sense of satisfaction among our employees.”

Victor says the job market today remains competitive, but with noticeable changes compared to one year ago when INX was first certified.

“The U.S. unemployment rate increased from 3.7% a year ago to 4.3% in August 2024, which could indicate a slight easing in job market pressure. However, there are still many factors driving the competition for top talent,” said Victor.

“Inflation in the past year has dropped from 3.7% to 2.5%. While it has eased some economic pressure, companies including INX continue to vie for skilled employees by offering more attractive compensation packages, flexible working arrangements, and career development opportunities. Even with the higher employment rate, candidates are still being selective. This has made it crucial for INX to maintain a strong employer brand and provide a compelling value proposition to attract and retain the best talent.”
