Sun Chemical to Highlight Coatings, Primers and Overprint Varnishes at DscoopX

During DscoopX, Sun Chemical will showcase its line of digital coatings products, including HP-compatible coatings, primers and overprint varnishes.
 
Working in close collaboration with Hewlett Packard (HP), Sun Chemical has developed innovative coatings for HP Indigo digital inks. The wide of range of coatings offer a variety of performance attributes for UV-curable and aqueous digital printing, including high gloss, high viscosity, matte, matte soft feel and satin.
 
Used with digital printers on a wide range of applications, Sun Chemical’s coatings for HP Indigo digital inks offer other benefits, ranging from good adhesion, rub and scuff resistance, and clarity to low thixotrophy and the ability to be imprinted, glued and foil-stamped.
 
During DscoopX, Sun Chemical will also showcase its line of overprint varnishes for matte, gloss and satin digital printing, and its full range of water-based primers for use with digital inks. Formulated for various substrates, from paper to plastic and porous to non-porous, Sun Chemical primers can be applied either in-line or off-line.
