OCP Inks, a major supplier in the aftermarket industry, announced changes in its sales department. In order to serve their customers’ needs and technical requests much better, Dirk Hünselar will step into the position of technical support manager, while Carsten Edelmeier will take the commercial part as sales manager.

Hasan Bagli was made responsible for Middle East & Africa as well as North and South America. He will assist the South African office as well as OCP’s Tennessee facility in its activities in the dedicated markets. Bagli will also be responsible for OCP’s distribution partners in Europe. Edelmeier will take over the customers and markets in Asia and Oceania.

Europe is split between Patrick Friedrich and Sebastian Bruder, where Friedrich is made responsible for the western part of Europe and Bruder for the eastern part.

These changes, especially on the technical support side of OCP’s business, were needed as the company felt the necessity of assisting customers with technical support better than it did it in the past, Edelmeier said.
