The newest product features several highly unique characteristics, including: · It is a 100% UV curable one-part system. · Improved quality control management: The manufacturing process produces higher product yield with none of the leftover material typically seen in two-part systems. · Lower Energy Requirements: There is no IR/air required as seen with hybrid soft-touch systems. · Improved durability and scuff/abrasion resistance: ACTEGA Kelstar’s 100% UV Soft Touch offers good resistance to scuffing and abrasion to the elements seen in the packaging and printing industry.
