Siegwerk Makes Access to Product Safety Information Easier with New Customer Portal

Starting on Dec. 2, 2015, customers can easily access information about their Siegwerk products on the company’s home page. The new Siegwerk customer portal offers product safety documents at a glance in a clearly organized structure – accessible from anywhere.
 
The new service is available immediately for customers in Europe and Asia. They can use their customer number to register on the site and receive individual log-in data, and then they can retrieve important information on their products and download it.
 
“The new portal significantly improves access to safety data sheets,” said Jörg-Peter Langhammer, VP global HSE+Sustainability at Siegwerk. “Soon, we will also offer technical data sheets and statements of composition. We want to make our customers’ lives easier by enhancing transparency.”
 
The download option for safety data sheets is an additional offer to Siegwerk customers, irrespective of legally prescribed distribution via email, fax or postal services.
