Keystone Aniline Announces Acquisition of UK-based Colour Synthesis Solutions Limited

Keystone Aniline Corporation has announced the acquisition of Colour Synthesis Solutions Limited (CSS) of Manchester, UK.
 
“Bringing their custom dye synthesis and research expertise into our service platform enables us to raise the bar again in color chemistry,” said John Andrews, CEO of Keystone. “Our clients now have full access to a complete solution: dye creation, synthesis route, and full scale-up commercialization.”
 
Effective immediately, the CSS business will be integrated into the operations of Keystone Europe based in Huddersfield, UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Keystone Aniline Corporation. Colour Synthesis Solutions will remain in Manchester and retain its own corporate name and brand.
