LSC Communications Acquires TriLiteral LLC

LSC Communications has acquired TriLiteral LLC, a full-service logistics provider specializing in the distribution of books for university presses and academic publishers. Additionally, LSC has signed multi-year fulfillment agreements with Harvard University Press, The MIT Press, and Yale University Press.
