INX International, Quality Discount Enter into Distributor Agreement

INX International Ink Co. entered into an agreement with Quality Discount Press Parts & Equipment that allows the Egg Harbor Township, NJ, company to distribute INX’s Narrow Web series of UV/LED Digital Label Presses in North and South America.

This includes the newer NW340 press, a unique high-speed digital press with integrated laser die cutting.

The INX Narrow Web series of UV/LED Digital Label presses provide label converters, packaging, in-house and commercial printers the ideal situation to seamlessly transition to digital inkjet technology. For example, the NW210 with its printing width of 210 mm, offers resolutions of 360 x 360 dpi or 360 x 720 dpi and produces labels at speeds up to 80 feet per minute. The compact machine allows 100 percent variable print designs and cut shapes for each label, enabling owners to offer unique capabilities for their customers.

The NW340, with a printing width of 340 mm, has increased resolution up to 1200 x 1200 dpi and speeds up to 150 feet per minute to satisfy market demand and compete with offset presses. The complete solution includes high quality inks and multiple finishing options to help printers meet the increasing demand for high quality, short-run digital printing.

Quality Discount serves the label, tag and narrow web markets, as well as digital, packaging, wide web, and offset/sheetfed converters in North, Central, and South America and other countries. The company operates from a 34,000-square-foot facility with the capability to support expanded product lines and large inventories.
