FLAG Announces New 2020 Programs

FLAG (Flexo Label Advantage Group LLC) is introducing two new programs for 2020 and offering a special discount offer to end the year.

Both of the new programs are based on input from current members on ways that FLAG can continue to meet their business requirements.

The first program provides new healthcare insurance options from Engage PEO (Professional Employer Organization). Engage is a national PEO with full-service HR and benefits offerings and a boutique level of service and flexibility. By utilizing Engage PEO, FLAG Members will also experience relief from employment administration, gain access to Fortune 500 employee benefits and ACA compliance guidance and a wide range of HR management solutions provided by a team of trained professionals.

The second program is an expansion of FLAG peer groups. In 2020, FLAG will offer multiple manufacturer’s user groups (including LabelTraxx, Xeikon and Hybrid) and add at least two more Small Business Peer Groups. Later this spring, peer groups will have a dedicated meeting hosted by UPM Raflatac in Asheville, NC. 

Initiation fees for FLAG will be $2,200 in 2020; however, interested converters who attend a webinar on Dec. 16 or 17 and join the organization by Dec. 30 will save $1000 and pay only $1,200 through this end-of-the-year incentive. New Members can try out FLAG for 90 days without obligation.

“As we are just concluding our tenth year of business, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the benefits we offer to our Members and Vendor Partners,” said John McKay, president and founder. “Healthcare insurance costs and gaining assistance with HR and benefits challenges is a major challenge for our independent Members.

“Additionally, our small peer groups are consistently rated as a major FLAG benefit as they create a valuable community of like size label converters to network with, so when there is a question, an issue or someone just needs advice, there is somewhere to turn,” he continued. “Our peer groups meet virtually throughout the year, but we believe they will become even more effective with a second opportunity for face-to-face networking.”
