Dr. Wolfgang Josten has been appointed to the position of managing director of ACTEGA Colorchemie GmbH in Büdingen. ACTEGA Colorchemie is a member of the graphic arts business line of ACTEGA, a division of specialty chemicals group ALTANA. Dr. Josten studied chemistry at Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University of Bonn, where he completed his studies with his doctorate in 1994. He started his career with Tego Chemie Service GmbH as lab manager. After five years, he transitioned to Siegwerk Druckfarben, lastly as head of research and development for web offset printing inks. Since 2008, Dr. Josten has been a member of the managing board of Epple Druckfarben AG, responsible for purchasing, production and coloration.
