Chromaflo Technologies Corp. said it acquired Rolfes Colour Pigments International (RCPI) of South Africa.
The acquisition of RCPI includes the liquid dispersion business and the pigment trading business.
The purchase price has not been disclosed.
Chromaflo also completed the simultaneous sale of the RCPI pigment trading division to Chemipol Solutions (Pty) Limited.
