The Paperboard Packaging Council (PPC) announced that Caraustar and Ink Systems, Inc. joined the association.
Founded in 1938 and today headquartered in Austell, GA, Caraustar’s folding carton division manufacturers packaging solutions for the confectionary, healthcare, dry and frozen foods, pet, and household product markets. With plants located throughout North America, Caraustar offers a variety of specialty options, including metallic and pearlescent inks, holographic laminations, rotary and specialized diecutting and extended gamut printing.
Ink Systems, Inc. was founded in 1985. Headquartered in Commerce, CA, the firm provides custom-formulated offset and flexo inks and coatings, especially those that require specialty applications for the cosmetic, liquor, and pharmaceutical segments. Ink Systems installs equipment, provides 24/7 customer service, and has on staff G7-certified experts.
