Sartomer Company named Todd Speece business development manager, rubber, and Kathleen Shelton marketing manager, metallic monomers. Both Mr. Speece and Ms. Shelton will be based in Sartomer’s Exton, PA headquarters.
Mr. Speece is responsible for developing new applications and business opportunities in the rubber industry. He reports to Bill Wittig, business director. Mr. Speece previously served as strategic rubber accounts manager for Sartomer, responsible for the sales and marketing activities of Sartomer’s global rubber accounts. He joined the company in 2000 as a marketing manager when it acquired Ricon Resins. He earned his bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
Ms. Shelton is responsible for the business and marketing activities of the Metallic Monomers group. She reports directly to Charles Mateer, marketing manager, functional additives. Ms. Shelton originally joined Sartomer in 2001. She has served in a variety of functions, most recently as aerospace manager and business development manager, metallic monomers. Ms. Shelton earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from West Chester University and Widener University.
