Rahn introduced technical key account management (TKAM) positions, bringing in John Braddock for the U.S. and Reto Weder for Europe to ensure that Rahn’s customers receive the best support possible.
The two managers provide, together with the Rahn sales representatives, an enhanced level of expertise to Rahn clients. In their position they will oversee selected customer projects and market launches of new development products.
