Zeres, Inc. recently was awarded ISO 9001:2000 registration by CRS, a Toledo, OH-based International Organization for Standardization (IOS) registrar.
“We made a strategic commitment to the ISO system several years ago believing it would strengthen our processes and our business in an overall perspective,” said Mike Mullins, vice president of manufacturing. “ISO will be an ongoing and important part of our organizational planning.
“Zeres strives for continuous improvement in all departments,” said Mr. Mullins. “We are evaluated once a year by CRS and each month we do an internal audit to ensure that we’re abreast of all ISO procedures.”
