The International Association of Printing House Craftsman (IAPHC) has honored Bob Gans, founder of Gans Ink and Supply Co., with its highly coveted Craftsman of the Year Award. Kevin Keane, IAPHC president and CEO, presented the award at the IAPHC’s annual International Convention.
For more than 50 years, Mr. Gans, individually and through his company, has committed time and resources to the support of the various national Craftsman clubs and has been a major proponent to the club’s motto of “Share the Knowledge.”
“It is an honor to be recognized for my contributions,” said Mr. Gans. “I have been given many awards, but this one is something very special to me, as my goal throughout the years was to not only sell ink, but to be able to contribute in some way to the growth and sustenance of this great industry.”
