As a result of a recent audit, CPS has met the requirements to become certified to the ISO 9001:2000 new standard. This accomplishment makes the company the first INX branch to become certified to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard and the first ink company to hold the 9001:2000 and 14001 certification simultaneously. CPS is now among the few ink manufacturers to attain the new ISO 9001:2000 certificate.
Robert Chisholm of SGS, who conducted the audit, said that CPS has a good group of employees who are very knowledgeable of their job responsibilities, very courteous and informative and that CPS maintains its ISO system with in-depth internal audits.
